Uncollected photos

Safelight Images are getting an increasing number of uncollected photos. However every photo you forget to collect is kept by ourselves indefinitely.

Please do not contact the venue that your photo was taken regarding your uncollected photos.

To retrieve your uncollected photo, you will need to follow these steps:-

-  On the back of the receipt given to you when you purchased the photo you must write the date the photo was taken and the venue the photo was taken at.
-  Send a stamped address envelope for us to return your photo to you.
-  Send both the receipt and stamped addressed envelope to:

If you forget to include the date the photo was taken on the back of the photo it is highly unlikely we will be able to find your photo to return to you. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding uncollected photos.
